Spiked Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 3 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 cups of 2% milk
- 3 tbs sugar
- ¼ cup of semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 ½–2 oz Mocha Crème Liqueur
Instructions
- Place a saucepan over medium heat and start by whisking the cocoa powder with ¼ cup of milk until it’s mostly smooth.
- Slowly pour in the rest of the milk, whisking as you go.
- Add the chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, and gently heat until the chocolate melts into a rich, velvety mixture, about 2 minutes.
- Be careful not to let it boil!
- Stir in the Mocha Crème Liqueur.
- Pour into your favorite mug and serve right away, topping it off with a dollop of whipped cream or a handful of marshmallows for the perfect finishing touch.
