1 cup sugar

1 cup distilled Water

8 cups watermelon, cubed

2 tablespoons lemon juice

⅓ cup Blueberry Liqueur

¼ cup Lemongrass & Honey Vodka
Instructions
Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring until dissolved. Set aside until cooled.
Sorbet: Blend together the simple syrup, watermelon, lemon juice, vodka, and liqueur. Pour the watermelon mixture into an airtight container. Cover the container with plastic and freeze for 8 hours, stirring every 30-60 minutes to avoid icy chunks. Serve and enjoy!
