Bourbon Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- 16 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 oz Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Cask Strength, or Ported Bourbon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 8 cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden brown and nutty, about 5 minutes.

Add the marshmallows and reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally until melted, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the bourbon and sea salt, then remove the saucepan from the heat.

Mix in the rice cereal, ensuring it's evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Place parchment paper over the mixture and press it into the dish. Remove the paper.

Let the treats cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes, before serving.
