Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our first grain-to-bottle small-batch straight bourbon whiskey (Barrel 23-0001), mashed, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled at our plant in Camarillo, California. Crafted from a mash bill of 75% corn, 12.5% rye, and 12.5% malted barley, then aged 2 years in a new American oak barrel.
