Gold Rush
Ingredients:
- 1½ oz Cask Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Straight Bourbon Whiskey, or Ported Bourbon
- ½ oz honey syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine the bourbon, honey, and lemon juice in a shaker. Shake for 15-20 seconds. Pour over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel.
