- 1 ½ oz Pinot Noir Reposado

½ oz Aperol

¼ oz elderflower liqueur

½ oz lime juice

½ oz simple syrup

Rim with lime & salt
Instructions
Coat the rim with lime wedge, then dip in salt, and set aside. Combine the Pinot Noir Reposado, Aperol, elderflower, lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain the mixture into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a lime.
