Pinot Noir Reposado

For our new agave spirit we have a new twist on the Manhattan called the New York Minute. We have changed the recipe and used our latest spirit to create the Camarillo Minute.

2 ounces Banks & Baugher Pinot Noir Finished Agave Spirit
3/4 ounce Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
2/3 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
Simple Syrup to taste
A dash of Orange Angostura Bitters

(This is a sweet drink that absolutely needs the dark Luxardo type of Maraschino cherry. Don't use the bright red ones.)
