Join us for our Winter Mixology Workshop on Thursday, December 3rd, 2026, featuring Alex from Firefly Bartending! Cocktails, recipe cards, and festive bites included.

Whether you’re a holiday enthusiast or just looking to expand your cocktail repertoire, this workshop is designed to be fun, interactive, and delicious. No prior experience needed, and all tools are provided!

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 6:00 PM, so you can find your station and get settled before we start shaking at 6:30 PM.
What is included in the ticket price?
All ingredients, spirits, bar tools, glassware, and recipe cards needed for the class are provided, along with festival bites. You just need to show up ready to have fun!
Do I need experience?
Zero experience required! Whether you’ve never held a cocktail shaker or you make drinks at home all the time, our instructor will guide you step-by-step so everyone has fun and crafts two delicious drinks!
Will there be food served?
We will have small bites (e.g., charcuterie and sweets) to enjoy in between cocktails.
I have food allergies/dietary restrictions. Can I still attend?
Yes! Please contact abby@hiatuscrafthouse.com with any allergies or dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies) a minimum of 72 hours before the event so we can accommodate appropriately!
Can I plan a private mixology workshop?
Yes! We love a good party. Whether it's a team-building event, a birthday bash, or just a private get-together, we can provide you with a fun place to shake-and-sip stress-free! Contact abby@hiatuscrafthouse.com with your ideal date and details.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Life happens! While we don't offer cash refunds for cancellations, we are more than happy to transfer your ticket to a future workshop date. Just contact abby@hiatuscrafthouse.com at least 48 hours before the event so we can make proper adjustments.
Can I bring my kids?
As much as we love little humans, this is a strictly 21+ zone! Consider this your official hall pass to ditch the juice boxes, leave the bedtime meltdowns behind, and treat yourself to a much-needed adult getaway.
What is Hiatus Craft House?
Established in 2022, Hiatus Craft House is a small-batch distillery and tasting room in Camarillo, California. Built on innovation by owners Dawn and Dave Gross, this distillery offers a handcrafted selection of high-quality whiskeys, agave spirits, vodka, gin, rums, and liqueurs.
At the tasting room, guests can unwind with personalized six-spirit flights and are welcome to bring their own food to complement the experience. Beyond tastings, the space serves as a unique venue for workshops and private events. Dawn and Dave’s commitment to community extends beyond the still through their non-profit, the NewCo Foundation, which provides student internships and scholarships across Ventura County, turning craft and compassion into lasting impact.
