Our first grain-to-bottle small-batch straight American single malt whiskey (Barrel 23-0041), mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled at our plant in Camarillo, California. Crafted from a mash of 100% malted barley, then aged 2 years in a new American oak barrel.
