Straight Rye Whiskey

Our first grain-to-bottle small-batch straight rye whiskey (Barrel 23-0011), mashed, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled at our plant in Camarillo, California. Crafted from a mash bill of 62.5% rye, 25% malted barley, and 12.5% corn, then aged 2 years in a new American oak barrel.
